A thriving, nature-connected permaculture community living low-impact solutions that reduce their ecological footprint, so they can be an active part of creating a sustainable world.

Embracing Sustainability and Self-Sufficiency

Landmatters live off-grid in low-impact structures, utilising wind and solar power, harvesting wood and water from the land, and composting their own waste. They produce an increasing amount of food and other products from the land, fostering a sustainable and self-sufficient lifestyle.

Land as a Hub for Sustainable Living

The community centre their livelihoods and activities around the land, welcoming visitors, volunteers, and courses to partake in their lifestyle and learn from their sustainable practices. This land serves as a hub for community engagement, education, and the cultivation of a deep connection to the environment.
