If you are involved in contributing to making the world a better place this set of workshops could be for you. For example, setting up or growing an ethical enterprise, doing charity or voluntary work, campaigning or social activism.
What we do is often exciting and inspiring. However it can also be stressful. At times you might struggle or feel over-whelmed. You are not as productive as you’d hoped.
In this series of eight two-hour workshops we’ll be exploring an innovative understanding of how we create our human experience that enables you to navigate life’s ups and downs with more resilience and grace. You will then be much more in touch with the ease, clarity and well-being that we all naturally have, and take action in the flow.
